Bomb threat reported at Three Lakes School

Administrators at the Three Lakes School reported a bomb threat within the school last Friday morning, resulting in the evacuation of all students and staff in the school.

The bomb threat was reported to the Three Lakes Police Department at approximately 9:53 a.m. and students were removed from the building for about two and one half hours, according to Principal Bill Greb.

“The Three Lakes Police Department, Three Lakes Fire Department and Oneida County Sheriff’s Department swept the building,” said Greb. “Once the building was deemed safe, the students and staff returned to the classrooms.”
