A long holiday weekend is behind us. One we set aside to remember and honor those who have served our country and given the ultimate gift of their lives.
Without diminishing that gift, I also see other ways in which those who serve give their lives. We all see it but we too often tend to ignore it. I am talking about those who return from war struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, who waken at night with nightmares, feel anxious most of the time and weep uncontrollably at times.Their lives have been changed by
