Donald C. ‘Guy’ Dailey PDF Print E-mail

Donald C. “Guy” Dailey, a lifelong resident of Eagle River, died Monday, June 17, 2013, at his home. He was 62.

Mr. Dailey was born June 23, 1950, in Rhinelander, the son of Virgil and Eleanor (Hacker) Dailey.

He attended Eagle River High School, graduating in 1968.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Vietnam.

Mr. Dailey owned and operated Inland Lakes Dredge and Dock Inc.

His interests included restoring old boathouses.

Survivors include his mother; sisters, Gail Ely of Eagle River, and Kristine (Chris) Sarkauskas of Sebastion, Fla.; niece Laurie (Jeff) Ertz of Three Lakes; and grand-nephew, Justin Ertz.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 26, at 11 a.m. at Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Eagle River Cemetery.

Gail - sorry to hear about your brother. I know you were close to him, so I am sure he will be missed not only by you, but your mom too.
