The Northland Pines School District announced it will host several spring band and choir concerts by students in elementary through high school.

The Northwinds Toastmasters Club of Eagle River will host an open house Thursday, May 14, at 7 p.m. at the Walter E. Olson Memorial Library in Eagle River.

Summer market to open May 14

The Land O’ Lakes summer market, Farm-Flea, will open Thursday, May 14, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Land O’ Lakes Town Hall grounds near Hwy B just west of the downtown area. 
Most anglers will be pursuing walleyes opening weekend.
