|Eagle netters end season with loss at Mosinee|
The Northland Pines volleyball team traveled to Mosinee for the first WIAA Division 2 Regional tournament match last Tuesday, and ended the season with a loss of 3-0.
The seventh-seeded Eagles battled the second-seeded Mosinee Indians, but Mosinee won 19-25, 18-25 and 24-26.
“Pines started the match off pretty slow and progressively picked up their level of play as the match went on,” said Pines coach Julie Smith. “I really feel that we determine how we are going to perform before the match even begins.
