|2015 budget: The devils in the details|

ON MARCH 4 President Obama sent Congress his 2015 budget request which the GOP says is his first budget in 6 years. Because this is a mid-term election year, there is very little chance of a bipartisan agreement.
Not surprisingly, the budget proposal has generated a lot of debate. GOP leaders have called the document “irresponsible” because of Obama’s $56 billion wish list, the budget’s $250 billion spending increase and the projected $564 billion deficit.Democrat leaders say the budget highlights core party ideals which help the young,
