Gary Koll­off, age 78, a resident?of Pleasant Prairie, Wis., died Wednesday, March 19,?2014,

at?Grand Prairie Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Gary was born on May 28, 1935, to the late Roy and Mary (Walls) Kolloff in Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Gary served his country in the Air Force.

On July 11, 1959, he married Jacqueline McGee.

He was employed at Moore Business Forms in Glenview, Ill., until his retirement in 1991.

While retiring in Phelps, Wis., he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping trips and home improvement projects. He loved to float around North Twin Lake in Phelps on the pontoon boat.

He also enjoyed taking the family out for dinner at various supper clubs.

Gary is survived by two sons, Greg (Alison) of Antioch, Ill., and Dan (Renee) of Edgerton, Wis. Four grandchildren, Emma and Ethan of Antioch, and Kevin and Kyle of Edgerton also survive him.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and sister, Sue Lauer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church, 2313 17th Ave., Kenosha, Wis. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday at the church from 2 p.m. until the time of services.

I will always know what kind of a person I am suppose to be because I had the privilege of know Gary and Jacqueline. As honored and kind friends and people that watched over my Mom in Eagle River. I am humbled and grateful knowing this man. I am at your service to this family.
