|Judge David Michael Hall|
David was an active YMCA board member, musician in Target – the world’s greatest rock and roll band, and member of Waukegan City Club.
He had been an attorney in Waukegan since 1976, and a judge for 23 years, retiring in 2012.He loved spending time with family and friends in Eagle River, Wis.
Wherever he was, whoever he was with, he always made us laugh up to the end.
David is survived by his wife, Karen (née Thorvaldsen); children, Karston (Susan) Hall of Spring Grove, Ill., Soren (Susan) Hall of Crystal Lake, Ill., Bjorn Hall of Greenfield, Wis., and Anna Britt Hall of Waukegan; grandchildren, Addison, Ella and Avery; his parents, Albert and Katy Hall of Waukegan; siblings, Terry Hall of Gurnee, Ill., Maggie Hall of Arizona, and Diane Pendergast of Anchorage, Alaska.
Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Meagan.
Memorial visitation was May 24, 2014, at Peterson & Patch Funeral Home, Waukegan.
