Ride with Leinie
More than 150 riders joined with Wilderness Lakes Trails and Forest Lake Country Store for a day of biking, brats and beer at Ride with Leinie Saturday, Aug. 9, in Land O’ Lakes. The event included several ride options and a traditional Wisconsin brat lunch and tasting of assorted Leinenkugel’s beers. Dick Leinenkugel led one of the rides and discussed his family history of beer making in Wisconsin with the gathered crowd. Two Trek bikes and a Leinenkugel’s beer picnic package were raffled.
