The Eagle River WRAP show is an outreach of the University of Wisconsin and is locally sponsored by the Headwaters Art League, headquartered in Land O’ Lakes. It is designed to encourage local artists who want an opportunity to display their work, meet other participating artists, and discover more about Wisconsin’s art programs in general and local opportunities in particular.
