Beverly A. Reynolds (née Hedberg), 87, formerly of Eagle River, Wis., and Arlington Heights, Ill., passed away Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at Sunrise of Crystal Lake, Ill.

She was born Dec. 5, 1933, in Conover, Wis., to the late Martin and Edna (née Nordstrom) Hedberg.

Raised in Conover, Beverly moved to Illinois where she met and married Donald L. Reynolds.

She was a devoted and active church member having belonged to First United Methodist Church, Arlington Heights, and Pioneer Lake Lutheran Church, Conover.

Beverly’s working career consisted of administrative and secretarial positions including church secretary.

She was a world traveler and enjoyed the outdoors: snow skiing, boating and golfing were just a few of her interests.

Beverly had a passion for animals and for helping others. You could always count on her to brighten your day.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her loving children, Dale (Sue) Reynolds of Richmond, Ill., Cheryl (Sam) Leonardi of Johnsburg, Ill., and Jay Reynolds of Ingleside, Ill.; grandchildren, Nick and Brittany Leonardi; sisters, Carol (the late Joseph) Klaver of Eagle River, and Sharon (the late Harold) Paronto of Milwaukee, WI; sister-in-law, Ruth Hedberg of Gurnee, Ill.; and many nieces, nephews and good friends.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 1989; and brothers, Earl and James Hedberg.

A celebration of Beverly’s life will be announced for a future date at Pioneer Lake Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Hildegard Cemetery, Conover.
