Candace “Candy” Pride, a nine-year resident of Eagle River and formerly of Burlington, died at her home Thursday, April 14, 2022. She was 68.

She was born April 27, 1953, in Rhinelander, to Russell and Gloria Pride.

Ms. Pride worked for many years as a waitress.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing needlepoint.

Ms. Pride was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by one son, John Jorgensen; three siblings, Russ (Barb) Pride of Eagle River, Debra (Andrew) Register of Eagle River, and Michelle Bell.

Private services were already held.
