Gail Ste­vens, age 66, a resident of Eagle River, Wis., and formerly of Slinger, Wis., passed away on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at the Ascension Eagle River Hospital.

Gail was born on Jan. 15, 1953, in Oshkosh, Wis., to Dwain and Blanche Bowen.

Gail was an avid photographer. She loved cats, birds and wildlife watching. She enjoyed traveling in Canada and Florida, as well as watching old movies, solving puzzles and playing games.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dwain and Blanche Bowen; and sister, Beverly Miller.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Ray Stevens of Eagle River; sisters, Shirley Bowen of Oshkosh, Judy (Ed) Pollex of Oshkosh, and Arlene (Dan) Benedict of Winneconne, Wis.; twin sister, Gwenn Fisher of Oshkosh; many cherished in-laws; nieces, nephews, friends and fur baby, Cappie.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
