Norbert Blaine “Norb” Kegley, a resident of Eagle River, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021. He was 80.

He was born June 16, 1941, in Burlington, to Arlie and Echo Kegley.

Mr. Kegley graduated in 1959 from East Troy High School. He was employed by Trent Tube/Colt Industries for 43 years.

He married Carol G. Enright in September 1960, who died in June 1986. He later married Bonnie L. Carlson Wincapaw in February 1987.

They retired to Eagle River in June 2009.

Mr. Kegley was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Arlene (Lester) Horlacher, and Delores (Allen) Hjelmberg.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; four children, Dawn (Jerry) Seufzer of Elkhorn, Christopher of East Troy, Lisa (Dale) Riley of Waterford, and Dustin (Denise) of Jackson; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Terry (Dianne) of East Troy.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, Jan. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Evergreen Country Club in Elkhorn.
