Willa Rose Mullins of Three Lakes died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhine­lander. She was 76. 

She was born July 19, 1943, in Dorton, Ky., to Stella (née Bumgardner) and Wil­lard Mullins.

Ms. Mullins graduated from Eastern Kentucky University before completing her postgraduate work at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

She was a physical therapist for 35 years.

Her hobbies included bird watching, photography and taking part in church activities. She was well-known for her famous zucchini cranberry bread.

Ms. Mullins was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by six brothers, Rondal C. (Pam), of Southfield, Mich., W. Bruce (Sue) of West Branch, Mich., James M. (Jean) of Dorton, John C. (Margie) of Georgetown, Ky., Freddie L. (Carolyn) of Robinson Creek, Ky., and Ralph E. of Dorton; and one sister, Dorotha L. (Larry) Burke of Louisville.

A memorial service was held Jan. 4 at Northwoods Assembly of God Church in Eagle River.
