    Phelps kindergarten graduation for the Class of 2033 was held recently in the commons area. Eleven students graduated under the direction of Leslie Miles.     Members of the Phelps Student Council, under the direction of teacher Kevin Grafwallner, recently participated in the spring road cleanup.     The Phelps-Land O’ Lakes Lions Club recently donated $2,000 to Lions Clubs International Foundation, represented by Lions club member Rollie Alger, left, and Brian Blank. The club has requested its donation be applied to Leader Dogs for the Blind, Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Lions Camp and the Wisconsin Lions Pride Campaign.
