Southern Gospel quartet Ernie Haase & Signature Sound will kickoff the 2022-23 season for Headwaters Council for the Performing Arts (HCPA) Saturday, Oct. 8, at 7:30 p.m. at the Northland Pines High School auditorium in Eagle River.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, Sept. 26.

“Having performed across the United States and around the world, this group is one of America’s finest Southern Gospel quartets,” said Laura Plank of the HCPA.

Led by Ernie Haase, Signature Sound will perform its Decades of Love show, a program of favorite love songs through the decades. The band supporting the vocal quartet will include piano, drums, bass, synthesizer, guitar and saxophone.

“The show highlights beloved favorites from the Gershwins to Nat ‘King’ Cole, James Taylor, Disney, and John Legend, all in the lush, four-part harmony and the classy presentation of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound,” added Plank.

Tickets for the show cost $30 and may be purchased at Eagle River Roasters prior to the event or at the door the night of the performance beginning at 6:30 p.m.
