Patrons are invited to revel in an evening of music celebrating the best selling duo in rock and roll history, Simon & Garfunkel, as part of the Headwaters Council for the Performing Arts (HCPA) season offerings.

Award-winning singer/songwriters Sean Altman and Jack Skuller are coming to Eagle River Saturday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. to perform in the Northland Pines High School auditorium.

This show replaces HCPA’s Feb. 25 Jeremy Stolle performance which was canceled.

With humor, soaring energy, charm, and laser-precise harmony, Sean Altman, founder of “Rockapella,” and Jack Skuller, winner of the Songwriters Hall of Fame Buddy Holly prize, will lead the audience on a journey through Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel’s teenage roots, their early success as a groovy folk act, their global dominance as hit-makers, and the best of Paul Simon’s solo career.

The incredible catalog includes hits such as “The Boxer,” “Sound of Silence,” “America,” “Mrs. Robinson,” “59th Street Bridge Song,” “Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover,” and “Cecelia,” among so many others.

Season ticket holders are reminded to present their Jeremy Stolle tickets for admittance on April 1.

Individual tickets for the show cost $30 and will go on sale March 20 at Eagle River Roasters, located at 339 W. Pine St. in Eagle River, or by calling 715-479-7995. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the night of the performance beginning at 6:30 p.m. All seats are reserved seating.
