The Northwoods Children’s Museum in Eagle River will reopen for play by reservation starting next week.

A members-only week will be held the week of May 10th, followed by the general public reopening on May 17. A maximum of 35 people will be allowed in the museum at a time. 

“We are happy to be reopening and are looking forward to having families play in the museum again,” said museum Director Aubrey Dalbec. “During our hibernation, we added new exhibits and freshened up the museum, and we are excited to show our visitors these changes.” 

The museum will offer three blocks of play per day: Mondays through Fridays, from 10 a.m. to noon, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m., and two blocks on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m.

In addition., the museum is introducing “My Pod Mondays,” for guests who are still only comfortable playing with those in their close circle. There is no extra cost and no minimum number of guests for My Pod Mondays.
