Randy Sabien and Gordon Thorne will take the stage at the Three Lakes Center for the Arts Saturday, June 3 at 7:30 p.m.

There are many jazz, blues and rock fiddlers in the industry, but Sabien is the only one who has written about a chicken with a speech impediment.

Sabien will be joined by Gordon Thorne, who says his guitar and singing style originated in the time when “giant bluesmen roamed the earth.”

The duo will put a new twist on familiar musical styles utilizing unique piano, intricate guitar renditions of classic jazz melodies, hot jazz violin, down home fiddling and, of course, they will play a song about a chicken...

Tickets for the concert cost $25 for adults and tickets for children 12 and under cost $10 and can be purchased online, at the door or over the the phone.

Beer, wine, soda and popcorn will be available for purchase during the event.

Tickets are still available for the kick off event at the Three Lakes Center for the Arts (TLCFA) with the a capella-boys’ band “Radius” Friday, May 26, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for this show cost $20 for adults, with children 12 and under $10.
