The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced that advanced ticket sales are underway for the Up North Beerfest to be held June 9-10 in Eagle River.
This year will again feature two events at Beerfest: A VIP evening “Premier Beer Night,” Friday, June 9 and the Up North Beerfest main event, Saturday, June 10, both held at the Hi-Pines Campground.
Tickets are only available online for the VIP evening at upnorthbeerfest.com. Saturday’s event tickets can be purchased online or in person at Trig’s Cellar 70 Liquor Department in Eagle River, The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center or at Tribute Brewing Company in Eagle River.
Friday’s Premier Beer Night will feature 13 brewers from the Up North Beerfest at Hi-Pines Campground from 6 to 8 p.m. for a special tasting of some of the breweries’ specialty beers not included in the Saturday event.
The festival will roll out the red carpet for the event, including live entertainment by Hijinx, hors d’ oeuvres and a special sample glass, as well as the showcased samplings.
From 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, the beer festival will feature 27 of the Midwest’s finest breweries, including Eagle River’s local brewery, Tribute Brewing Company.
Attendees will receive a souvenir booklet and tasting glass and can meet representatives from the breweries while sampling many styles of beers.
“All In” will be the live entertainment for Saturday’s event showcasing a wide variety of genres.
Advanced tickets for Friday evening’s event are $75. Advanced tickets for Saturday are available for $50 per person, and any remaining tickets will be available at the door the day of the event for $60.
