LOLA Zombie Crawl weekend will take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 27-29 in Land O’ Lakes with three evenings of Halloween activities.

Thursday will feature Wine and Magic Night from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Twilight Supper Club. There will be free wine samples and appetizers with magic tricks from Aron Houdini, great grand-nephew of Harry Houdini. No reservations are needed.

The Spooky After-School Arts and Crafts will take place on Friday in LOLA’s art classroom. Individuals may create a variety of spooky Halloween and zombie-theme projects from 3:30 to 5 p.m. This event is free and open to all ages.

Saturday’s Pre-Party will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Veterans Center. Get your zombie makeup done by a LOLA artist while enjoying appetizers from Charlie’s NW Market. Cost is $25 per person. Registration for a time spot is recommended, although spots may be available for walk-ins.

Nine bars and restaurants throughout the Land O’Lakes area will be participating in the Saturday evening Zombie Crawl from 7 to 10 p.m. Free busing is available during that time. A map and details are available on the LOLA website.

New this year, Gateway Lodge will host a Zombie Ball Saturday. A DJ will provide music from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. A costume contest with $500 in cash prizes will take place and participants must be registered by 10 p.m.. There is no cover charge.
