The Northwoods Project SEARCH program will host an open house on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at its host business, Aspirus Hospital in Rhinelander.
Project SEARCH is a business-led program that allows young adults with developmental disabilities an opportunity to perform internships to learn and develop job skills, and explore career paths. The program includes instruction, skills training, and ongoing job development.
The information night will serve to inform those attending the goals of the program, provide information on becoming a Project SEARCH Intern, and how to get enrolled with Project SEARCH.
This open house is open to all potential interns and their families, teachers, caseworkers, care managers, counselors, and learning support directors to gain more understanding of Project SEARCH.
For more information, contact Project SEARCH instructor Rod Olson at 715-482-8957 or olsonrod@rhinelander.k12.us
