Richard "Dick" Carr

 Richard "Dick" Carr passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2025, at the age of 92.
Richard was born in Iron Mountain, Mich. on March 21, 1932, the son of the late Arthur J. and Ann M. (nee Paradiso) Carr.
Dick entered the U.S. Navy at the age of 17, serving during the Korean War, and continued to serve his country and community throughout his non-military career.
Dick enjoyed playing golf with his Easy Eagles Group, fishing, walking in the woods, slot machines, playing cards with friends, volunteering his time to assist anyone who asked, and he enjoyed time spent with family and friends at their summer cabin.
Dick is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary; children, Cindy (Bob) Johnson, Susan (Peter) Konz and Michael (Becki) Carr; sister, Joann (Barry) Smeester Hartman; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, numerous nephews; nieces; other relatives; and many friends.
Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Wisconsin.           PAID OBITUARY
