Tomahawk man convicted after felony property damage charge
Zildjian Edwardsen, 27, of Tomahawk, pleaded guilty and was convicted at a plea/sentencing hearing on one felony charge of criminal damage to property (over $2,500) and one other misdemeanor charge. Judge Daniel Overbey stayed a 12-month sentence in Vilas Jail for two months of probation with conditions. Full restitution, totaling $5,002.64, plus applicable surcharges, is set to be paid to the Clerk of Courts Office. There were 59 days of presentence credit in the case of revocation. Any time will run consecutively to what he is currently serving.
