Glenn William Struck
A lifetime is not long enough when you have true love in your life. We are saddened to announce the passing of husband, dad, papa and friend to many Glenn W. Struck.
Glenn was born on October 08,1936, and left his earthly home on March 30, 2026.
Throughout his life journey of 89 years, his thoughtfulness touched many lives, with his unconditional love for his family and friends, stories of his wild younger days, sense of humor (especially for bad jokes), ability to fix anything, spirit of adventure and incredibly soft and generous heart.
Glenn was a devoted and respected member of the Vilas County Police Department for 38 years. He was a remarkable officer with the unique ability to serve with empathy, respect and a sprinkling of humor. Glenn earned a Letter of Commendation for apprehending a bank robber on December 30, 1997, in St. Germain. He was a respected deputy who truly loved his community.
With his love of snowmobiling, Chevy trucks, anything that ran on an oval track, Packers, hockey, Willy and Waylon and the Boys, camping, bonfires, long drives, dive bars, dogs and above all else, his family and friends, he lived his life like it was his very own country love song.
He is survived by his loving and adoring family wife of 57 years, Betty Struck, daughter Cindy Schultz, Granddaughter Issabel Schultz, Grandsons Spencer and Hudson Struck, Daughter in law, Bobbie Struck and Grandson in law, Adam Olson.
Glenn was proceeded in death by his good time’n and cherished son Jerry Struck.
He will forever be in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 16, 2026, from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Club 45 in Conover, WI.
