Nicolet National Bank Senior Spotlight

Three Lakes senior Kailyn Fogerty is a four-year starter and full-time player on the varsity team at Three Lakes. She currently sits 625 assists this season as the team finishes the regular season this week. Fogerty helped the team to a 12-0 Northern Lakes Conference record this season, while also surpassing 30 wins. Here is more on the Three Lakes senior:

Do you have a nickname that your friends or family call you?
“Jo: I am one of six players on our team with a “K” name.”

Do you do any other sport besides volleyball?
“I also play basketball. I have been playing both since a very young age, but of both, I have excelled at volleyball the most.”

Is there a personal goal you want on the court this year?
“My original goal for the season was 400 assists. So far, I have 625 assists this season.”

What other hobbies do you have outside of sports?
I really like being outside in the summer, being on the water and mostly swimming.

Favorite vacation spot that you’ve been to?
My favorite vacation spot is Charleston, SC. It is beautiful and there is so much character to the city.

Do you have a pre-match ritual that helps you before your matches?
Yes, our team has, and has mastered, a pre-match ritual...but it is our best kept secret.

Do you have any plans for after high school? College?

“I have been accepted to UW-Oshkosh and intend to major in marketing.”
