Do you have a nickname that your friends or family call you?
“My family usually calls me Aubs, which they’ve done my whole life. Though some of my teammates call me Cookie, ever since our AP Psych teacher randomly picked the name to use on me as an example when explaining something in class.”
Do you participate in any other sports besides basketball?
Is there a personal goal you have on the court this year?
“My goal on the court this year is to take a charge in a game. This has been my goal every year I’ve played because I have never taken one, and I think it would be a fun thing to do.”
What other hobbies do you have outside of sports?
Favorite vacation spot that you’ve been to?
“My favorite vacation spot that I have been to is Sedona, Ariz, which I visited last year with my aunt. Sedona is my favorite because all of the nature is super pretty. There are so many places to hike and landmarks to see, and it is always the place I hope to go back to soon.”
Do you have a pregame ritual that helps you before your games?
“My pregame ritual is usually to listen to music when we shoot around and warm up. Listening to music just helps me focus and gets me excited for the game.”
Do you have any plans for after high school? College?
“I am going to go to college, either in Wisconsin or Minnesota, to get my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I want to later become a travel nurse and an echocardiographer.”
