Max Clark is one of the seniors on the Laona-Wabeno-Three Lakes varsity Co-op wrestling team. Clark just reached a milestone of 100 wins in his high school career back in December. When he is not competing on the wrestling mat, the senior runs on the Laona-Wabeno cross country team. His senior goal is to qualify for the state wrestling tournament and to win a state championship. Here is more on the senior wrestler.

“People call me Max.”
Do you participate in any other sports besides wrestling?
Is there a personal goal you have on the mat this year?
“My personal goal is to qualify for Individual State Wrestling and to win a state championship.”
What other hobbies do you have outside of sports?
“Outside of school, I like to ride my dirt bike and ski with my friends.”
Favorite vacation spot that you’ve been to?
“My favorite vacation spot is Virginia Beach. I enjoyed the beach and the wrestling tournament.”
Do you have a pregame ritual that helps you before your matches?
“Before my matches, I say prayer. I also listen to music before I wrestle.”
