Nona Soroosh
Nov. 24, 1929 ~ July 29, 2025
Nona married Edward Soroosh on September 1948.
Nona’s love was working with youth; she was very active with the church, her faith was always front and center.
Nona and Edward owned and operated Camp Hidden Hollow on Catfish Lake.
In 1970, they moved the camp to Carpenter Lake. In 1974, they started a private boarding school at the camp location, a school for dyslexia. In 1991, they converted the camp/school into The Inn at Pinewood B&B.
Nona continued to be very active in tutoring youth and adults with dyslexia; her love for helping others was a gift she used throughout her life.
Nona was 95, leaving behind four sons, Kurt, Mark, Gregg, and Brett; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many other loved ones.
Nona was all love for everybody. Thank you for always being there and passing on your beliefs and love. PAID OBITUARY
