The Phelps Woman’s Club recently donated $1,600 in clothing, including long-sleeved T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants and gloves ranging from 2T to adult sizes, to the Vilas County Foster Care program. The club also contributed $400 to support the program’s 2024 Christmas initiative.
