Vilas County Sheriff

The Vilas County Sheriff’s Office received a total of 239 CAD calls last week, which included 34 911 hangups, 11 car vs. deer accidents, two nonreportable traffic accidents, five accidents with property damage, three agency assistances, one aircraft problem, four burglary or intrusion alarms, two fire alarms, four ambulance requests, one dog bite, six animal problems, one ATV injury accident, two ATV complaints, one violation of bond conditions, one battery, 10 conditions of bond, eight citizen assists, one citizen problem, two civil complaints, one criminal damage to property, one death investigation or dead body, one disorderly conduct, one dispatch of deer in roadway, 15 disturbances, two domestic violence complaints, one drug problem, three sick leaves, one escort, one fire, one fireworks complaint, three found property calls, two harassments, six warrant or hit confirmations, three no burn permits, 23 information reports, one restraining violation, one employee injured on duty, two intoxicated persons, six juvenile problems, two lockouts, two lost property calls, three noise complaints, two drug- or alcohol-related OWIs, one parking problem, two protection orders or injunct entries, two probation or parole violations, one vacation check, one lewd and lascivious, two subject removals, seven suspicious circumstances, four property or general thefts, one shoplifting, three threats or intimidations to persons, five hazard/sign down/conditions, seven traffic violations, one transport of prisoner, two transports of juveniles, one transport warrant, one trespass to property, one unsecure premises, one wanted person, and 13 welfare checks.

There were six people taken into custody last week and booked into Vilas County Jail.

Eagle River Police

The Eagle River Police Department responded to 39 incidents last week, including one alarm, two ambulance or medical assists, three animal problems, one assault with a weapon, one simple assault, two citizen assists, three disorderly conducts, seven information calls, one intoxicated person, two juvenile problems, two lost or found property calls, one parking problem, one probation or parole violation, one suspicious person or circumstance, two traffic accidents with property damage, two trespasses of real property, one unsecure premises, one utility problem, and one welfare check.

One person was arrested and booked into the Vilas County Jail.

Three Lakes Police

Three Lakes Police Department responded to 70 incidents last week, including four 911 calls, two ambulances, one animal, one motorist assist, one barking dog, 31 business checks, one extra patrol, one miscellaneous fire, two hazards, four information requests, one ordinance violation, one parking ticket or violation, one pickup warrant, one property, one records or background check, three recreational, three storms or tornados, four suspicious circumstances, four traffic stops, and two vandalisms.
