The Vilas County Sheriff’s Department reported 237 CAD calls last week, which included 34 911 hangups, seven car vs. deer accidents, one accident fatality, one hit and run traffic accident, one personal injury accident, one non-reportable traffic accident, two property damage accidents, five agency assists, six burglary alarms, one fire alarm, seven ambulance requests, four dog bites, one animal neglect, nine animal problems, one all points broadcast, two locate attempts, one ATV OWI, one ATV complaint, one bond conditions violation, eight conditions of bond, eight citizen assists, one criminal damage to a property, three death investigations, two disorderly conducts, two deer dispatches, seven disturbances, one domestic violance complaint, four sick leaves, three vehicle fires, one firearm denial notice, three found property calls, three frauds, one internet fraud, one drive off, two harassments, three warrant confirmations, on no burn permit, 15 information reports, one employee injured on duty, six juvenile problems, one lifeline alarm, two powerlines down, one lockout, three lost property calls, three noise complaints, one drug overdose, two drug or alcohol-related OWI, two parking problems, one protection order, one probation violation, one vacation check, five removed subjects, three suicide attempts, six suspicious circumstances, two general thefts, one watercraft theft, two threats, five hazards, 12 traffic violations, one road rage, one juvenile transport and 19 welfare checks.
There were seven people taken into custody last week and booked into the Vilas County Jail.
The Eagle River Police Department responded to 39 incidents last week, which included two alarms, three animal problems, three citizen assists, three controlled substance possessions, one possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, five disorderly conduct, one failure to appear, six information reports, two juvenile problems, one lost or found property, one probation violation, two suspicious circumstances, one hit and run traffic accidents, one non-reportable traffic accident, two traffic hazards, two traffic offenses, one shoplifting and two welfare checks.
Three people were taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail.
The Three Lakes Police Department responded to 136 incidents last week, which included four 911, two accidents, two alarms, six ambulance calls, one animal bite, one animal, all other, two citizen assists, five motorist assists, one other agency assist, 63 business checks, two extra patrols, one fraud, three hazards, three welfare checks, five information reports, one general juvenile, one noise complaint, three ordinance violations, one property call, two reckless driving incidents, three recreational, one speed board, one suspicious circumstance, three thefts, one traffic complaint, one traffic control, 12 traffic stops and three vandalism.
