Riders wanted for Jan. 11 race

The Conover Sno-Buddies and Phelps Snowmobile Club will be leading a vintage ride from the Sno-Buddies Groomer shed, and the Phelps Military Creek Trailhead, to the Trailside Roast Event on Saturday Jan. 11, 2025.
No registration is required. Those vintage riders wanting to participate in the ride from Conover should arrive at the groomer shed located at 4685 Park Circle in Conover by 9 a.m. The park and ride lot is adjacent to the groomer shed at the park.
The ride from the Conover groomer shed to the site of the event, Vilas County Trail Intersection #500 located just off Blong Road on trails 6 and 8, is approximately 7.2 miles.
Those vintage riders wanting to participate in the ride from Phelps should arrive at the Military Creek Trailhead, located off of CTH E between STH 17 and CTH K, and is alongside Corridor Trail 6 in Phelps by 9 a.m. The Phelp’s groomer will lead the group to the site of the event. The ride from the Phelps Military Creek Trailhead is approximately 7.4 miles.
