Three Lakes Fire Department reveals coloring contest winners

The Three Lakes Fire Department recently shared the winners of this year’s Fire Prevention Week coloring contest, which included students from 4K through 5th grade at Three Lakes Elementary School.

This marks the 12th year of this tradition, where students learn about fire safety and express their creativity.

The winners, one from each grade, are:

4K: Elijah Landrus

Kindergarten: Oliver Klotz

1st Grade: Ryker Edwardson

2nd Grade: Axel Schneider

3rd Grade: Leona Stauffer

4th Grade: Grady Mandli

5th Grade: Adelia Beyer

As part of the celebration, each winner is picked up from their home in a fire truck and taken to the fire station for a pancake breakfast with firefighters.

Families are welcome to join the fun at the station, after which the children will return to school in the fire truck.
