The Chain O’ Lakes Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will host its 19th annual Conservation Banquet on Thursday, Sept. 17.
This year’s banquet features a new venue at Chef Rene’s at Eagle River Inn, located at 5260 Highway 70 in Eagle River. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner served at 7:30 p.m.
General admission packages include a single membership and dinner ticket for $85, or one membership with two dinner tickets for $125. Junior memberships for youth ages 17 and under are available for $50 and include a dinner ticket, while existing RGS members can purchase a dinner-only ticket for $50. Members who are unable to attend the banquet may renew their regular membership for $35. Any guest or group purchasing eight dinner tickets will have a dedicated table reserved in their name. Additionally, attendees who purchase an Early Bird Raffle Package by Sept. 15 will receive $200 worth of raffle tickets for $150.
Sponsorship packages are also available to support the chapter’s conservation work. Options include the $2,500 Gold Sponsor level, which includes eight membership and dinner tickets, four sponsor gun drawing chances, and a choice of a $1,000 gift card to either Orvis or Pyke Gear.
Other levels include the $1,000 Sustaining Sponsor package with eight tickets and four drawing entries, the $550 Conservation Sponsor package with four tickets and two drawing entries, and the $295 Banquet Sponsor package with two tickets and one drawing entry.
Non-attending sponsorships are priced at $250. Sponsors who sign up by Sept. 15 will be featured in the event program, and the chapter will raffle off a fine-grade shotgun for every 10 sponsors secured.
