Tickets, sponsorships available for 19th annual conservation banquet

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are now available for the 19th annual Chain O’ Lakes Chapter Ruffed Grouse Society Conservation Banquet, set for Thursday, Sept. 17.

The event will be held at a new venue, Chef Rene’s at Eagle River Inn, located at 5260 Highway 70 in Eagle River. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner served at 7:30 p.m.

Sponsorship opportunities offer several tiers for supporting the organization. The $2,500 Gold Sponsor package includes eight membership and dinner tickets, four sponsor gun drawing chances, and a choice between a $1,000 Orvis or $1,000 Pyke Gear gift card.

The Sustaining Sponsor level costs $1,000 and includes eight membership and dinner tickets alongside four sponsor prize drawing chances.

The $550 Conservation Sponsor option provides four membership and dinner tickets with two sponsor prize drawing chances, while the $295 Banquet Sponsor package includes two membership and dinner tickets plus one sponsor prize drawing chance.

A $250 Non-Attending Sponsor tier is also available for those unable to attend the banquet. Sponsors who contribute by Sept. 15 will be listed in the official event program, and a fine-grade shotgun will be raffled for every 10 sponsors.

Individual attendance options range from single admission to group rates. A package with one membership and one dinner ticket is priced at $85, while a package for one membership and two dinner tickets costs $125. Junior memberships for individuals aged 17 and under include a dinner ticket for $50.
Existing members can purchase a dinner-only ticket for $50, while regular members who cannot attend can renew their membership for $35.

Any party purchasing eight dinner tickets will have a table reserved in their name. Attendees can also purchase an Early Bird Raffle Package by Sept. 15 to receive $200 worth of tickets for $150.
