Trick-or-treating map created for Halloween Party, Oct. 26

The Phelps Booster Club, Youth Recreation Association, and Phelps PPA are organizing a Halloween party on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Phelps School. 

In preparation for the event, the groups are also creating a trick-or-treat map featuring local homes and businesses that will be handing out treats earlier that day. 

Trick-or-treating is scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m., and maps will be available throughout town on the day of the event.
