VFW DONATIONS

VFW Post 8400 members recently distributed four $1,000 donations to local organizations serving the Land O’ Lakes and Watersmeet areas. Recipients included Seniors for Kids, Wounded Warriors in Action, Land O’ Lakes EMS (pictured) and Watersmeet EMS. The Landover ATV/UTV Club will receive a donation at a later date. VFW representatives Darren Doss and Jack Garbarek presented the checks, with each group expressing gratitude for the support. —Photo By Bob Hughes
