Vitality Physical Therapy center opens in Eagle River to offer personalized care

Posted

The Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest member, Vitality Physical Therapy, with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this month at the clinic’s location, 425 W Mill St., Suite 1, in Eagle River.

Vitality Physical Therapy was founded by Samantha Weber, an Eagle River native and Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2020, who returned home to open a practice dedicated to serving the local area. The grand opening was held Sept. 1.

The clinic offers personalized care for patients recovering from surgery or injury, managing chronic pain, working through balance and dizziness issues, returning to sport, or seeking women’s health and pelvic floor care.

“I feel incredibly blessed, honored, and excited to open Vitality Physical Therapy and have the opportunity to serve the community that raised me,” Weber said. “Opening this clinic has been a lifelong dream, and it’s hard to believe that dream is finally becoming a reality.”

The new clinic holds special significance for Weber, as it now occupies the building that once housed the Vilas County News-Review.

“So many stories about our community were written within these walls, and now, in a way, we get to help people write the next chapter of their own stories,” Weber said. “It feels like everything has come full circle in a really special way.”

Weber said her goal for Vitality goes beyond simply treating injuries.

“We want to help our patients get back to the people, activities, work, hobbies, and outdoor adventures that make life in the Northwoods so special,” she said. “I’m so grateful for the support this community has already shown me, and I’m excited to build a place where people in the Northwoods can receive high-quality physical therapy while feeling genuinely known, heard, and cared for. My hope is that Vitality becomes a place that helps our community keep doing the things they love for years to come.”

Abbey Gatlin, executive director of the Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce, welcomed Weber and Vitality Physical Therapy to the chamber during the ceremony.

“We are so excited to welcome Samantha and Vitality Physical Therapy to the chamber and, more importantly, to our hard-working region,” Gatlin said. “Samantha is joining such a great group of highly motivated, local business owners, and I especially love seeing another woman-owned business opening its doors here.”

Vitality Physical Therapy is now open to serve patients of all ages throughout the Northwoods. For more information, visit vitalityptwi.com.
