Northwoods Share is inviting people from the community to a free Community Dinner on Tuesday, Dec 17.
Aspirus Hospital and Howard Young are sponsoring and catering this pork loin Christmas dinner.
Appetizers will be served at 4:30 p.m. when the doors open, followed by dinner being served at 5:30 p.m.
There will be an opportunity to give a free-will offering if anyone wants to.
Northwoods Share Inc. is a nonprofit organization with a Needs Ministry, which provides a pantry with free paper products and soaps, along with personal care items and clothing to assist families in the community.
There is also a program ICHELP that helps financially and assists families in budgeting with spending journals. There is a 24-hour phone for emergencies at (715) 891-8966.
New at Northwoods Share is Esther’s House, a transitional home for moms and their children.
