ARTS & CRAFTS — Downtown streets were lined with vendors during the Eagle River Chamber of Commerce's Labor Day Arts and Crafts Sale that took place Aug. 31. Wall Street was closed down and filled with booths offering food and drink samples, pottery, artwork and much more.
