The annual Eagle River Memorial Day service was held at the Vilas County Courthouse on Monday, May 26, honoring those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country. The program included performances on the bagpipes from Tom McKale, a worship song performed by Lac du Flambeau tribal member Grason Jackson, performances from the Northland Pines High School band and choir and canon fire salutes courtesy of the
8th Wisconsin Artillery.
