Vilas County Sheriff

The Vilas County Sheriff’s Office reported 260 CAD calls last week, whic included 22 911 hangups, tow animal accidents, 12 car versus deer accidents, one hit-and-run traffic accident, three personal injury accidents, seven property damage accidents, two agency assists, six burglary/intrusion alarms, three fire alarms, eight ambulance requests, three dog bites, one animal noise, three locate attempts, three ATV complaints, one battery, one bicycle complaint, one boating or jet ski violation, one watercraft accident, eight conditions of bond, seven citizen assists, two carbon monoxide alarms, one communications problem, one request, two criminal damage to property calls, one delivered message, three deer dispatches, four disturbances, three domestic violence complaints, one drug problem, one abuse, one election law violation, three sick leaves, one structure fire, two found property calls, three frauds, two drive offs, seven harassmemts, 14 warrant/hit confirmations, 16 information reports, one restraining violation, one intoxicated person, one jail problem, three juvenile problems, one lifeline alarm, three lost property calls, one noise complaint, one drug or alcohol-related OWI, three parking problems, two protection orders, three probation violations, three vacation checks, two officer assists, one runaway juvenile, two search warrants, one lewd and lewd and lascivious, one sexual assault, one removed subject, two suicide attempts, 14 suspicious circumstances, one property/general theft, one contract theft, one identity theft, one shoplifting, three threats, three hazards, 15 traffic violations, one prisoner transport, two warrant transports, one trespassing, three unsecure premises, two utility problems, one VIN number inspection, one wanted person and 14 welfare checks. There were 17 people taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail last week.

Eagle River Police

Officers at the Eagle River Police Department responded to 30 incidents last week, which included one alarm, one medical assist, one assault, one animal problem, five citizen assists, one criminal mischief, two disorderly conducts, one lost or found property, two parking problems, two probation violations, one property watch, two suspicious circumstances, one traffic accident, five traffic offenses, one trespassing, one theft from car, one property theft and one welfare check. Two people were taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail.

Three Lakes Police

The Three Lakes Police Department responded to 54 incidents last week, including seven 911, eight ambulance calls, one animal bite, one other animal incident, one citizen assist, one motorist assist, one other agency assist, 20 business checks, one disturbance, two extra patrols, one fire alarm, one hazard, one welfare check, one information report, one littering incident, one parking ticket, two property incidents, one suspicious circumstance, one theft and one traffic stop.
