The Vilas County Sheriff’s Department reported 285 CAD calls last week, which included 50 911 hangups, one abandoned vehicle, eight car-versus-deer accidents, one hit-and-run traffic accident, one personal injury accident, three property damage accidents, six agency assists, four burglary/intrusion alarms, one fake ID, seven ambulance requests, three dog bites, one aninal neglect, one animal problem, one all points broadcast, three locate attempts, three boating violations, seven conditions of bond, 12 citizen assists, one criminal damage to property, one custodial interference, one death investigation, one disorderly conduct, four deer dispatches, seven disturbances, one fish or game violation, four domestic violence complaint, eight sick leaves, one family trouble, one fire, one structure fire, one vehicle fire, one fireworks complaint, two found property calls, five frauds, one internet fraud, one drive off, one harassment, six warrant confirmations, 24 information reports, one intoxicated person, one non-sufficient funds check, seven juvenile problems, two lifeline alarms, four lost property calls, one noise complaint, two DOC offender releases, one drug or alcohol-related OWI, two parking problems, one probation violation, two vacation checks, one runaway juveinile, one sex offender registration, two lewd and lacivious, one removed subject, three suicide attempts, eight suspicious circumstances, two property/general thefts, one automobile theft, one theft by contract, one all other vehicle theft, three threats, seven hazards, 14 traffic violations, one prisoner transport, one juvenile transport, one warrant transport, two trespass to property calls, one unsecure premise, one utility problem, one wanted person, one weapons offense and 21 welfare checks. Seven people were taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail last week.

Eagle River Police

The Eagle River Police Department did not provide an incident report from last week.

Three Lakes Police

The Three Lakes Police Department responded to 91 incident types last week, which included one new call, three 911, one alarm, two ambulances, three citizen assists, 50 business checks, one civil matter, one death investigation, one disturbance, two extra patrols, one fraud, one welfare check, four information reports, one missing person, one neighbor complaint, one ordinance violation, two property incidents, one records check, two suspicious circumstances, 11 traffic stops and one trespassing.
