Ross Bolingbroke, 39, of Conover, pleaded not guilty to one felony count of substantial battery and bail jumping, along with two other felony bail-jumping charges at arraignment hearings last week.
A judicial pretrial was scheduled for both cases Feb. 4, 2025, at 11:30 a.m.
Michael J. Allen, 45, of Lac du Flambeau, appeared for a final pretrial on one felony charge of weapon possession convicted as a felony. Both parties agreed to reschedule the jury trial to March 11, 2025, while no objections were made to the jury instructions.
Codi Mayo, 37, of Lac du Flambeau, pleaded not guilty to one felony count of possession with intent/deliver narcotics.
A judicial pretrial for the case was scheduled for Jan. 28, at 9:15 a.m.
Curtis Hagen, 32, of Lac du Flambeau, appeared for an adjourned initial appearance on one felony count of misappropriating ID info to obtain money. Hagen’s $250 cash bond was amended to a $500 signature bond with conditions after the defense requested the modification. Another adjourned appearance was set for Dec. 2, at 9:30 a.m.
Ashlynn Thoms, 23, of Lac du Flambeau, in custody, had her cash bond amended from $10,000 to $5,000 with conditions on one felony charge of manufacturing/delivery of fentanyl. The court also spoke about the status of the counsel report. An adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for Dec. 9, at 9 a.m.
Jaeden Tucker, 19, of Woodruff, had a plea/sentencing hearing scheduled for one felony charge of business setting theft ($5,000 to $10,000). Bond was continued in the case and the hearing was scheduled for Jan. 29, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.
Lacey Christensen, 41, had her cash bond amended in multiple cases involving drug possession, maintaining a drug trafficking place and bail jumping. A plea and sentencing date was scheduled for all the cases for Feb. 24, at 1:30 p.m.
