Timothy Mann, 30, of Minocqua, pleaded not guilty to one felony charge of possession of narcotic drugs and one felony bail jumping charge. A judicial pretrial was scheduled for both cases on Jan. 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

Angela Roberts, 47, of Eagle River, waived a preliminary hearing on one felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. Judge Daniel Overbey found probable cause, and the case was bound over for arraignment. The court entered a not-guilty plea. A judicial pretrial was scheduled for Jan. 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. 

Walter Linklater, 48, of Lac du Flambeau, pleaded guilty to one felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, two felony bail-jumping charges and one misdemeanor. Judge Martha Milanowski imposed and stayed a 12-month sentence in Vilas Jail for two years of probation with conditions  for the felony possession charge. The two felony bail-jumping charges had a sentence of 18 months confi nement and 24 months extended supervision, but were stayed for two years of probation with conditions. All charges will run concurrently with each other.
