Patrick sentenced in felony drug case
Martez Patrick, 27, of Green Bay, pleaded guilty to one felony charge of possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine at a plea/sentencing hearing last week in Vilas County Circuit Court. Judge Martha Milanowski found Patrick guilty and sentenced him to two years of confinement and three years of extended supervision. The sentence will run concurrently with what he is currently serving. There were 17 days of presentence credit.
Curtis Hagen, 34, of Lac du Flambeau, appeared for a preliminary hearing on one felony charge of manufacturing/delivering fentanyl, two felony bail-jumping charges and one felony possession of THC charge. Detective George Hopfensperger of the Lac du Flambeau Police Department provided testimony during the hearing, and Judge Martha Milanowski found probable cause in the case. An arraignment hearing was scheduled for Sept. 29 at 10 a.m.
Allen Sadowski, 47, of Jefferson, appeared by video for a restitution hearing on one felony charge of threats to communicate derogatory information. Judge Martha Milanowski heard testimony from a witness and ordered Sadowski to pay $507.36 in restitution at $50 per month.
