Henry James (Jim) Trzecinski of Watersmeet MI died March 10, 2023, at age 74.
He was born June 8,1948, to Olive Trzecinski.
Mr. Trzecinski was a graduate of Watersmeet High School. Upon graduation, Jim attended college and earned a teaching degree. Jim began teaching History in Phelps WI in May of 1971. He taught there for thirty-seven years until his retirement in June of 2008.
He was known for having a heart of gold, he took care of his mom for many years preceding her passing. He enjoyed walking and would walk several miles every day regardless of the weather, he also enjoyed cutting firewood and giving it to people in need. He will be remembered for his kindness.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Olive; and followed in death by his brother, David.
He is survived by one brother, Gary; nieces, nephews; and many cousins.
A funeral service for Jim and his brother David will be held concurrently Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, 12:00 p.m. at the Watersmeet Bible Church in Watersmeet with Pastor Rob Yerks officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service, and luncheon will follow.
