Vilas County Sheriff

The Vilas County Sheriff’s Department reported a total of 175 calls this week, which included eight 911 hangups, nine car versus deer accidents, one personal injury, one nonreportable accident, three property damages, four agency assists, seven burglary alarms, three fire alarms, six ambulance requests, one dog bite, two ATV complaints, five conditions of bond, five citizen assists, one eviction, one civil complaint, one carbon monoxide alarm, one property damage, one custodial interference, one death investigation, two disorderly conducts, one deer in roadway, one disturbance, one domestic violence complaint, four drug problems, one emergency detention, four sick leaves, one fire, one chimney fire, one wildfire, two found properties, eight warrant confirmations, one no burn permit, 15 information reports, one restraining violation, one employee injury, two intoxicated persons, three jail problems, one jail medical incident, two juvenile problems, one lifeline alarm, two lost properties, one OWI, one pornography, four vacation checks, one repossession, one lewd report, one sexal assault, two smoke reports, one subject removal, three suicide attempts, 10 suspicious circumstances, two property thefts, one auto theft, one shoplifting, one threat, six hazards, five traffic violations, one prisoner transportation, three warrant transports, two tresspasses, two unsecure premises, one eluding an officer, one weapons offense and seven welfare checks.

A total of 11 people were taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail.

 

Eagle River Police

The Eagle River Police Department reported a total of 28 incidents this past week, which included one ambulance assist, one animal assist, three bail jumpings, one business violation, two citizen assists, one controlled substance possession, one disorderly conduct, one false alarm, one missing person, four suspicious persons, one property watch, one stolen property recovery, three traffic accidents, two traffic offenses, three thefts and two welfare checks.

A total of one person was taken into custody and booked into the Vilas County Jail.

 

Three Lakes Police

The Three Lakes Police Department failed to provide a report before the print deadline for this week’s publication.
